Success story pages are paid promotional features included in eligible plans. Golden Tree Awards does not write or produce the content: the text, images and video are supplied by the nominee and published as presented, after a compliance check. They are labelled as nominee features, do not represent an award win or an independent endorsement, and have no bearing on jury evaluation.

Is nomination free?
Yes. Every nominee can enter one award programme in one category on the Free plan at no cost, and the independent jury evaluates free and paid nominations in exactly the same way. Paid plans are optional.
What additional benefits do paid plans offer?
Paid plans add award programmes, categories and Country or Regional competition levels, plus promotional benefits such as an enhanced nominee profile, featured listings, a success story page for the article and images you provide, promotional graphics and social media posts, depending on the plan you choose. The comparison table above lists exactly what each plan includes.
Does paying increase my chances of winning?
No. Nomination fees pay for participation and promotional services only. The jury does not see which plan a nominee holds, and no payment can guarantee shortlisting, selection or winning.
What is an exclusive success story article?
A dedicated article page on the relevant award website that publishes the success story you provide about your business journey, innovations and achievements, together with your photographs and optional video. Golden Tree Awards does not write the content: it is published as you present it, after a compliance check, and is clearly labelled as a nominee feature, not an award result or an independent review.
Where will my article be published?
On the Golden Tree award website most relevant to your industry and nomination, with its own page and URL. Each article is published once and is never duplicated across websites.
Can I share the article on my company website?
Yes. You receive a unique article link and may share it or link to it on your website, social channels and communications. Sharing is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of receiving any benefit.
What is a featured nominee listing?
A prominent placement of your nominee profile within the nominee directory of your award category, so visitors exploring that category see you first. It is presented as a nominee listing and is separate from any winners' listing.
Does a paid nomination include a Winner Package?
No. Nomination fees cover the nomination process and the promotional benefits of your plan only. Winner Packages are separate and become available only to nominees the jury selects as winners.
What happens if I am not selected as a winner?
Your promotional benefits remain yours. Under the Refund Policy the fee is not refunded in cash, but it can be used once as a credit towards a nomination in the following year's programme. The credit is non-transferable and valid for one cycle.
Can I upgrade my nomination plan later?
Yes. You can purchase a paid plan or move to a higher plan from your nominee portal while nominations are open. The added capacity activates as soon as payment is received, and your existing entries stay in place.
What are the applicable refund terms?
All nomination and registration fees are non-refundable once paid, in line with the Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

- You provide the content. Golden Tree Awards does not write, edit or produce articles, features, photographs or videos. All success story text, images and video are supplied by the nominee or client, and publication is limited to the material you present, within the length and quantity included in your plan.
- Review before publication. Submitted material is checked for accuracy, usage rights and compliance with our content standards before it is published. We may decline or request changes to material that does not meet them.
- Nominee, not winner. Every feature, listing and post describes a nomination. It is labelled as a nominee feature and is never presented as an award win, a shortlist or a jury endorsement.
- Sponsored content. Paid features are labelled as sponsored nominee content, are distinct from independent editorial coverage, and links within them carry the appropriate sponsored attributes. Sharing your article is voluntary and never a condition of any benefit.
- No effect on judging. Plans provide participation capacity and promotional services only. The jury evaluates every nomination against the published criteria without reference to any plan.
- Fees. Nomination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to the Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Nominee recognition is different from winner recognition: every benefit on this page describes visibility for nominees and is delivered regardless of the jury's outcome. Paid features are labelled as sponsored nominee content and are distinct from independent editorial coverage. Nomination publicity is separate from judging and evaluation, which are carried out by the independent jury against the published criteria.
