Voting Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Thank you for choosing our Award Program, our company Golden Tree Events LLC ("Golden Tree" "we", "us", "our"). These Voting Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are an integral part of the Terms. This Agreement is between us and you, the users ("user" "you" "your") who access and use our services through our website, media form, media channel, mobile website, and related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto ("hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Please do not order the Winner Package prior to reading these Terms.

2. WINNING CHANCES

2.1 Each time a vote is cast for you or your establishment, your chances of becoming a Winner increase. When all votes are collected and tallied along with other internal factors at the discretion of Golden Tree, you or your establishment shall be declared the Winner. The jury, along with Golden Tree, shall be responsible for the determination of the Winners after the termination of the voting process. All decisions made are final and non-appealable. Please read out Terms, including our Terms and Conditions and The Jury Terms and Conditions, for more details.

3. WINNER DECLARATION REQUIRED FOR CLAIMS

3.1 You, the users, or the "nominee" agree that by participating in our voting program and you shall not have any rights to claim any monetary benefits, winner package, digital services, marketing services and etc. unless you are declared the Winner by us and/or the jury.

4. NO INDIRECT PROMOTIONS

In the event that you or your company is directly or indirectly promoting/ advertising Golden Tree’s Award programs or any of our affiliates, partners, etc. through campaigns or other activities, we shall not be liable to compensate you or your company in any manner for such unwanted services. We recommend you stop doing any such campaigns or activities and send us a request to cancel your nomination. You shall not be entitled to any refunds in case of occurrence of such an event and we disclaim all liabilities in this regard vis this reference.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1 The Winner determination process by Golden Tree and the jury is a confidential and internal process. You shall not be allowed to request any data with respect to the voting process or the Winner determination methods and other award program details such as including, without limitations, voter’s details, voting statistics, competitor’s details, voting validation process and etc.,

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USAGE

6.1 By participating in the voting process, you may use the nominee badge, nomination Certificate & voting banners provided by us. You do not have rights to use any of our Intellectual Property specified in our Terms and Conditions, including without limits our award name, brand logo, organizer details, Winner announcement, Platform details, etc. You may, however, be allowed the limited use of the Winner Package contents in line with our Terms.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

7.1 A standard vote carries a weighting of one.

7.2 Voting times may be subject to change.

7.3 The eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of Golden Tree.

7.4 Golden Tree reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred.

7.5 Golden Tree’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final.

7.6 In the event you violate our Terms, we shall terminate your contract with us, and no refunds shall be provided in this case unless the same is allowed at our sole discretion.

7.7 The voting points or the number of votes displayed on our Platform are subject to change as per our verification/validation process.

7.8 We may send email confirmation to the voters to verify the authenticity of the vote.
