The jury evaluates this window's entries between 20 September and 20 October 2026. Winners are decided internally between 3 and 30 October 2026, and notified privately first.
The gala follows on 14 November 2026 at the Westin Marina Hotel, Dubai. Trophies are presented on stage, then winners are added to the winners directory.

What is the 2027 deadline?

Can I edit after submitting?
Yes. The public form is the start, not the end. Once you are inside the Award Portal you can keep editing your profile, add evidence and replace files until the committee locks the entry for jury review. Use the same login you created with the form; nothing is lost between sessions.
What happens next?
Seven stages follow: eligibility review, jury evaluation, finalist confirmation, a private winner notice, the winner package, the gala and publication. The coordination team contacts you if something is missing. Finalists are confirmed before any winner is named, and no payment changes a result at any stage.
