Fewer than four in ten nominations go on to win. That selectivity is only possible because of the jury: senior practitioners who bring real-world judgement to each submission and are never influenced by sales, sponsorship or gala participation.

No. All evaluation happens online in the Jury Portal, from anywhere in the world, at times that suit you. The gala invitation is an optional benefit, not a requirement.
There is no fixed amount of time. You choose which eligible nominations you evaluate and do it in your own spare time — there is no minimum number of hours or evaluations.
Every active jury member is eligible for an invitation to the annual gala ceremony in Dubai. Jury members are hosted at each gala, and places rotate between members so everyone gets their turn. The invitation covers your seat at the ceremony; travel and accommodation are arranged by the jury member.
Yes. Every evaluation is independent and confidential. Nominees never see your scores or comments, no jury member can see another jury member's evaluation, and nominee contact details are never shown to the jury.
No. Jury members declare conflicts of interest and step aside from any nomination they have a commercial, personal or competitive link to.
